What You’ll Do
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you’ll provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs.
- Maintain a full-time caseload (20–25 sessions/week)
- See 90–100% of clients in-office
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans
- Use evidence-based practices to support client progress
- Document sessions and communicate effectively with the team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Active Florida licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and cultural competence
- Must be available for full-time caseload
