Licensed Mental Health Therapist (1099)

  • Compensation: $73,495.00 – $81,005.00 per year (Competitive per-session rates)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Group Therapy Facilitator (1099)

  • Location: Lakeland, FL | In‑Person & Virtual Groups
  • Work Format: Flexible scheduling; contractor sets availability
  • Compensation: Facilitators earn a percentage of each attendee’s fee per session, with opportunities for higher earnings through group growth, retention, and milestone bonuses.
  • Job Type: Contract

Contractor Benefits

Benefits are available to contractors after a short waiting period. This gives us time to build a caseload and establish a steady rhythm of sessions. There’s no set client minimum—eligibility begins after two months of consistent service.

Being a Counselor with Arkham Rise

What You’ll Do

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you’ll provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs.

  • Maintain a full-time caseload (20–25 sessions/week)
  • See 90–100% of clients in-office
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Use evidence-based practices to support client progress
  • Document sessions and communicate effectively with the team

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Active Florida licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and cultural competence
  • Must be available for full-time caseload
