Licensed Mental Health Therapist (1099)

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you’ll provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs.

• Maintain a full-time caseload (20–25 sessions/week)
• See 90–100% of clients in-office
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans
• Use evidence-based practices to support client progress
• Document sessions and communicate effectively with the team

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Active Florida licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and cultural competence
• Must be available for full-time caseload
