I believe therapy is a partnership, and my approach blends existential curiosity with practical strategies, offering both empathy and honest feedback to help you stay aligned with your goals. Together, we can transform life’s challenges into opportunities for growth, cultivate resilience through the resistance to change, and work toward a sense of purpose, direction, and meaning. My experience and educational background are ideal for those trying to find order in their chaos, and care in the midst of their struggles.
I pursued my graduate training in Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, where I focused on practical solutions for the various transitions people have as they navigate their lives. This has helped prepare me for work with couples, parents, families, children, adolescents, young adults, and those going through rough milestones in their life.
In session, I strive to create a space that feels safe, honest, and empowering. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, clarify their goals, and challenge the patterns that may be holding them back. Whether facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you move towards your goals.
